Five People Sent to Hospital Following Collision On County Road 28 North of Port Hope

Emergency services were called to a two vehicle collision on County Road 28 at the 4th Line of the Municipality of Port Hope on Wednesday, March 18, 2020.

The collision occurred at approximately 1:30 p.m.

Both vehicles were travelling northbound on County Road 28. A van had stopped to turn left onto the 4th Line and was rear-ended by the second vehicle.

A woman and three children under the age of seven were transported to hospital from the van along with the driver of the second vehicle. All with non-life threatening injuries.

No word on charges.
