The event was fundraiser for the Castleton Sports Club with co-organizers Jeff Turney and Stacy King running the event with the help from numerous volunteers.

A total of 31 teams including Oshawa, Cobourg, Campbellford participated in the tournament in different categories including a family division.

There was a total of 93 games played throughout the day.
