Cobourg Fire Department attended a garbage fire at the south west corner of King and George Streets on Monday, December 23, 2019.
Cobourg Police spotted the flames at approximately 11:20 p.m. and knocked down the fire with an extinguisher, but fire crews arrived to make sure the fire was out.
Cause is believed to be suspicious.
