Northumberland OPP – Cocaine and Cash Seized During Warrant

On Wednesday April 10, 2019 members of the Peterborough/Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Street Crime Units (CSCU) with the assistance of the OPP Emergency Response Team executed a Controlled Drug and Substance Act warrant at a residence in the town Colborne.

 

Investigators arrested five people and seized a small quantity of cocaine, cash and other drug trafficking related items.

Randy WEBSTER (age 35), Krystal LANTHIER (age 33), Dawn Marie CURRAN (age 47) of Cramahe Township, and Tanya STEACY (age 43) of Brighton, were arrested and charged with:

  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance -Cocaine.

Rahim Omar PRINCE-HANSON of Pickering was arrested and charged with:

  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance -Cocaine
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Opioid
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000

All five accused were released from custody and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Cour t of Justice in Cobourg on May 15, 2019, however WEBSTER and CURRAN were kept in custody and transported to other police services due to outstanding warrants.
