Two anglers ventured out onto Rice Lake on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 to try their luck at fishing.
It may seem tempting, but the ice on any lake at this time of year is far from safe. Even wearing proper gear could put yourself at risk along with the lives of rescuers – stay off the ice.
