On the 20th of February 2019, Cobourg Police were called to a disturbance in the area of King & Division St. Upon arrival police observed a female known to them as Tiffany Bowen and arrested her on the strength of an outstanding warrant held by Peterborough Police Service..
Tiffany Doherty –Bowen 32 years of age of Cobourg was transported to Peterborough Police Service and is being held for a bail hearing .
