Transport Takes Out Tree Limb In Cobourg

A transport heading eastbound on King Street took out a large limb of a tree just east of Church Street on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 around 8 a.m.

The tree was split from the impact, and one limb was wedged underneath the back wheels of the transport while another was on top of the trailer.

The transports mirror was ripped off and the top corner of the trailer was damaged from the impact.

Works Department staff will be removing the rest of the tree shortly.
