Dump Truck and Pick Up Collide In Trent Hills

In Local, Police Blotter

There were no serious injuries, but County Road 30 in the area of the 11th Line in Trent Hills will be shut down for approximately one hour following a collision between a dump truck and pickup truck on September 5, 2018 at approximately 10:30 a.m.

A dump truck and pickup truck were traveling on opposite directions when witnesses say a tire blew on the dump truck.  The dump truck side swiped the pickup truck before rolling into a ditch.

Fuel was leaking from the saddle tanks of the dump truck.

There were no serious injuries as a result of the collision and the Ministry of Environment was notified of the fuel spill.
