People who never get enough credit are the people that keep Victoria Park and Cobourg Beach clean. With thousands of people at the annual Cobourg Sandcastle Festival crews were kept busy trying to keep the beach and Victoria Park clean. Parks Department staff did an amazing job keeping both areas clean.
