Large Tree Limb Blocks Roadway In Port Hope

Members of the Port Hope Fire quickly found the reason for arcing wires on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at approximately 4:50 p.m.
A large limb from a tree came crashing down on Bloomsgive Avenue in Port Hope taking down hydro wires.
Emergency crews blocked Bloomsgrove Avenue until hydro crews cut off the power, shortly after the large limb was cut up and removed and the roadway re-opened.
