It was perfect weather for the 55th annual Scottish Festival and Highland Games in Victoria Park on Satruday. Kicking off the festivities were the massed bands for the opening ceremonies. Stone thorwing was followed as part of the heavy events competition. There were all types of Scottish food to keep the festive spirit along with Highland dancing and of course the awards. There were a number of Clans that came out from different family where people could get information about their history.
