Subject: Female Arrested on Warrant

At 6:48pm, the 14th of March, 2018, Officers of the Cobourg Police Service were notified that Port Hope Police had taken custody of a female on an outstanding warrant held by Cobourg Police for Relief of Surety.

The female was arrested and is identified as 36 year old, April HUFFMAN of Port Hope; HUFFMAN was held in custody pending a bail hearing on Thursday March 15th, 2018.

Subject: Male Arrested on Warrant

At 8:23pm, the 14th of March, 2018, Officers of the Cobourg Police Service were notified that Port Hope Police had taken custody of a male on an outstanding warrant held by Cobourg Police for Failing to Attend Court.

The male was arrested and is identified as 28 year old, Peter J. MUNRO of Cobourg; the accused is charged with the following offences:

Fail to Attend Court

MUNRO was held was held in custody pending a bail hearing on Thursday March 15th, 2018.

Subject: Male Arrested on Warrant

At 11:43pm, the 14th of March, 2018, Officers of the Cobourg Police Service observed a male in a motor vehicle they recognized that was currently wanted on a Warrant of Arrest.

The vehicle was stopped and the male was arrested. He is identified as 36 year old, Michael RUTLEDGE of Gores Landing; the accused is charged with the following offences:

Theft Under $5000
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000

RUTLEDGE was released on a Promise to Appear and Officer in Charge Undertaking with Conditions, with a court date of April 11th, 2018.
