Update – Individual Involved in Critical Incident Near Lindsay Transferred to Toronto Trauma Centre

One of the people involved in the “critical incident” near Lindsay has been transferred by land ambulance to St. Michael’s hospital in Toronto.

An OPP officer was seriously injured near Lindsay during an incident on Thursday, November 26, 2020 around 9 a.m.

A second individual was shot numerous times and was also taken to hospital along with the officer.

It’s unknown which individual was transferred to the Toronto trauma centre.

SIU has also been called to the scene.
