The Survivor Thrivers Dragon Boat team held a Pink Carnation Ceremony for three of their members that have passed away.

Dorothy Hampson, Edith Carr and Sheila Eby were all members of the team who were remembered during the ceremony on Thursday August 17, 2023.

After the ceremony members of the team carrying carnations walked to the shoreline while a trumpeter played “It’s a Wonderful World” and to end the ceremony the carnations were thrown into the water.
