City of Kawartha Lakes – Person Wanted on Drug Trafficking Charges Arrested

Members of the City of Kawartha Lakes Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a person wanted on trafficking charges in Fenelon Falls.

On March 26, 2023 officers attended an address on Short Street in Fenelon Falls in response to an unrelated matter. Investigation revealed one of the involved persons was wanted on charges for drug trafficking. As a result of the investigation officers also seized a large amount of a substance that appeared to be cocaine.

Jamie BOUNDY, 34 years of age , of Fenelon Falls was arrested and charged with:

  • Trafficking in Schedule I substance – Fentanyl
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay on on April 3, 2023.
