Surfer Hits the Choppy Waters of Lake Ontario

In Editor Choice, Local, Weather

A lone surfer hit the choppy, chilly waters of Lake Ontario off of Cobourg beach on Sunday, February 5, 2023.

For most of the afternoon the surfer from Ajax “enjoyed” surfing and he told Today’s Northumberland the suit he was wearing actually kept him warm.

One of the only struggles it seemed was the odd time finding a spot where to climb out of the lake due to the ice.
