Driftwood Theatre Group visited Cobourg on Sunday, August 7, 2022 with their annual Bard’s Bus Tour presenting King Henry Five.
The theatre group is visiting Southern Ontario from July 14 – August 21, 2022.
King Henry Five was performed with an ambitious adaptation of three Shakespeare plays (Henry IV parts 1 & 2, Henry V), King Henry Five is a powerful story about community, the families we inherit and those we choose, and the legacies we leave behind. Set against the backdrop of a contemporary patio bar, King Henry Five features Driftwood’s signature blend of music, puppetry and Shakespeare’s captivating poetry.
