Durham Regional Police – Police Execute Search Warrant at an Illegal Cannabis Dispensary

Police concluded a drug investigation of an unlicensed cannabis dispensary in Oshawa.

 

On Tuesday, July 26, 2022, members of the Central East Division Community Response Team executed a search warrant at “Oshaweed” an unlicensed cannabis dispensary on King Street West. Officers seized cannabis, cash and other cannabis products worth a combined value of more than $ 66,000.

 

A 47-year-old female employee, of Oshawa is charged with Possess Cannabis for the Purpose of Selling. She was released on an Undertaking. 

 

Anyone with information about this investigation is asked to contact Sgt. Green of Central East Division – Community Resource Team at 1-888-579-1520 ext. 1747.
