Cornerstone Family Violence Prevention Centre (Cornerstone) would like to congratulate the Hope Grows Lottery $10,000 grand prize winner Madeleine Thibault-Smith from Cobourg on this exciting occasion.

Cornerstone would also like to thank the community for supporting the Hope Grows Lottery. Cornerstone has operated continuously throughout the pandemic, and this would not have been possible without the support of the community we serve.

“We greatly appreciate the support and involvement from the community in our first ever Hope Grows Lottery,” says Cornerstone Executive Director, Nancy Johnston. “Funds raised through the Hope Grows Lottery will help fund the programs and services women and children impacted by violence so desperately need,” Johnston adds.

“There are not enough words to properly express our gratitude for the great efforts that have been put into Cornerstone’s first ever lottery,” says Cornerstone Manager of Communications and Donor Relations, Carly Cunningham. “Whether you helped to promote the lottery, or were kind enough to purchase a ticket or three, you have all helped to make this year’s lottery a success,” Cunningham adds.

Cornerstone would like to extend a special thank you to HTM Insurance, National Shunt Services Ltd., Pace Network, Dalren General Contractor, Spoolon Manufacturing Ltd., Lynn Hardy RBC Wealth Management, and Karen Chalovich BMO Nesbitt Burns for sponsoring the Lottery and helping make it a true success.
