Anti-Lockdown Protestors in Cobourg Go Mobile

In Local

For the 69th consecutive week anti-lockdown protesters gathered in front of Victoria Hall in Cobourg.

The protest starts at noon on Saturdays and goes until 3 p.m.

While some of the protestors were at Victoria Hall, a number of them marched from the Salvation Army building on Ballentine Street down Division Street to Victoria Hall.

Later in the afternoon, protestors marched down Third Street to the boardwalk overlooking Victoria Beach that is closed.

Members of the Cobourg Police Service kept an eye on protestors but there were no tickets handed out.
