Cobourg Police – Fail to Comply

On the afternoon of Sunday, February 14, 2021, police were dispatched to Strathy Road after receiving a report of a suspicious person.
As a result of subsequent police investigation, a 48 -year-old man, Larry ESKINS of Cobourg, was located, arrested, and charged with the following:
1. Adult Fail to Comply with Summons -Court/Fingerprinting Contrary to section 145(3) of the Criminal Code of Canada
2. Fail to Comply with Probation Contrary to Section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada x2 ESKINS was released from police custody scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in March of 2021.

Later that afternoon, police were dispatched to a second call for a suspicious person downtown Cobourg.
As a result of police investigation, a 29 -year-old woman, Desiree IRWIN of Cobourg, was located, arrested, and charged with the following:
1. Fail to Comply with Probation Contrary to Section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada x2
IRWIN was released from police custody scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in March of
2021.
