Cobourg Police – Breach of Conditional Sentence

On February 8, 2021, police observed a man walking near the intersection of James Street and John Street in the Town of Cobourg. The man was found to be breaching his conditional sentence order by not abiding by his house arrest condition.

As a result, 45-year-old Eric BREMNER of Cobourg was arrested for breaching a conditional sentence order.

There are no new charges associated with his arrest. The accused was held in custody, scheduled to appear before Justice, who sentenced him, as required, to answer to the allegation of breach.
