Cobourg Police – Man Arrested for Mischief

On November 8th, 2020, at approximately 7:30 pm, a man entered the Cobourg Police Station looking for services. Being unhappy with the response he received, the man kicked the police
station’s front door, breaking the glass in the door.

23-Year-old Adam Halliday of Cobourg is charged with:

1. Mischief under $5,000 contrary to section 430(4) of the Criminal Code

2. Fail to Comply with Probation under section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code (x2)

Halliday was released from custody on an Undertaking with a pending court date.
