Cobourg Police – Warrant Arrests

Two people were arrested on warrants by the Cobourg Police Service.
On Wednesday, October 14th, 2020, at 9:37 am, police on patrol observed a man wanted by the Cobourg Police Service on an outstanding warrant walking in the downtown core.

As a result, Thomas PALMISANO, a 46-year-old male from the Town of Cobourg, was arrested and charged with the following offences:
1. Fail to Comply with Probation Order – Contrary to Section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code of
Canada x 5
PALMISANO was released on an undertaking with a future court date.

On the same day, Peterborough County OPP contact Cobourg police advising they had arrested Tiffani KOTZMA, a 32-year-old female from Havelock, who was wanted by the Cobourg Police
Service.
KOTZMA was transported to the Cobourg Police Service, where she was arrested and charged with the following offences:
1. Assault – Contrary to Section 266 of the Criminal Code of Canada
2. Mischief – Contrary to Section 430(4) of the Criminal Code of Canada
KOTZMA was released on an undertaking with a future court date.
