Cobourg Police – Warrant Arrest

On Saturday, September 19th, at 7:07 pm, police were on general patrol. They observed a woman walking in the downtown area of the Town of Cobourg, who was wanted on two outstanding
warrants with the Cobourg Police Service.
As a result, police arrested Jenny WARNER, a 36-year-old from the City of Toronto, on the outstanding warrants, and she was charged with the following offences:
1. Theft Under $5000 – Contrary to Section 334(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada

2. Possession Under $5000 – Contrary to Section 355(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada

3. Fail to Appear – Contrary to Section 145(5)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada

WARNER was released on an undertaking with a future court date.
