Cobourg Council – Special Meeting of Council Called for Monday June 1 Regarding Closure of Victoria Beach

The Town of Cobourg has announced that a Special Council Meeting will be held on Monday, June 1st, 2020, via Zoom Videoconference at 4 p.m. to discuss the following matters:

· Closure of Victoria Beach

The agenda will be published on the Civic Web portal: https://cobourg.civicweb.net/portal

For those wishing to make a Delegation before Council:

· Submit a completed Request for Delegation Form, including preferred date.

· Ensure you have a computer with internet access to enable you to participate electronically as an ‘Attendee’ to make your deputation to Council during their meeting.

· If you do not want to participate by video, or do not have the necessary technology, you may use a telephone and call in to participate and make your deputation.

· Once your deputation request has been received and approved for a Council meeting date, you will receive further detailed instructions on how to participate in the Council meeting.

For those wishing to submit correspondence:

· Submit an email containing your name, address and your comments on the matter to clerk@cobourg.ca prior to 4 p.m. on the day of the meeting.

Citizens are free to contact any member of Council directly with other matters or questions and are encouraged to tune into the LIVE YouTube feed to watch the Municipal Council meeting at www.youtube.com/towncobourg.
