Gorgeous Day at Nawautin Nature Sanctuary in Grafton

It was a gorgeous day to visit Nawautin Nature Sanctuary south of Grafton on Saturday, May 16, 2020.

A number of cygnet’s which are only a day or two old took to the waters of the sanctuary, but stayed very close to their parents.

A number of photographers “flocked” to the sanctuary to take photos of the family and other wildlife.

Also touring around were a family of geese with their goslings.

Two turtles rested for hours enjoying the sun on a nest beside what are believed to be two goose eggs.
