Update – Port Hope Police Arrest Two Suspects In Drug Investigation

Port Hope Police Press Release – On the afternoon of Tuesday the 28th April the Port Hope Police Service Criminal Investigations Bureau entered into an investigation involving drug activity in the community.

As a result two males were arrested and charged with possession of 2 grams of fentanyl and 2 grams of crack cocaine for the purpose of trafficking as well as possession of property obtained by crime, $500 cash.

Charged is 33 year old Jeremy Donald King of Cobourg and David Gritt 37 years old from Oshawa. They both appear in court at the end of June 2020.

 

 

Two people are facing charges after a drug investigation by the Port Hope Police Criminal Investigations Unit.

On April 28, 2020 the Criminal Investigations Units arrested a 33-year-old Cobourg man and a 37-year-old Oshawa man who are facing charges as a result of a drug investigation.

One gram of purple fentanyl, one gram of blue fentanyl, two grams of crack cocaine was seized along with $500 in cash and numerous drug paraphernalia.

The two men were charged and later released from custody with conditions.
