Through the investigation we have learned that the accused is using various social media platforms to communicate with and meet potential victims.
In both of the incidents described the accused and victims were strangers.
The accused was held in custody and appeared in court today (Dec. 11).
The Peterborough Police Service believes there are more victims and that offences may have occurred in areas outside the City of Peterborough.
