Cobourg Police – Male Charged With Mischief

On the 23 of August 2019 police were called to attend the area of King St. and Division St. upon report of a male throwing a beer bottle at a parked vehicle and then keying the vehicle causing significant paint damage to the vehicle.

Cobourg resident Joesph Jukes age 49 was arrested on scene and charged with the following offence;
Mischief Under $5,000. Contrary to Criminal Code of Canada Sec. 430 (1)(A)
Jukes was released from custody on a Promise to Appear and an Officer in Charge Undertaking with a future court date.
