Woman Struck By Vehicle In Port Hope Parking Lot

One person was taken to hospital after being struck by a vehicle in Giant Tiger parking lot in Port Hope on Friday, April 5, 2019.

Emergency services were dispatched to the parking lot at approximately 5 p.m.

The woman was knocked to the ground, but was taken to hospital.  Police say there will be no charges as the accident happened on private property and is not covered under the Highway Traffic Act.
