Breaking News – Man Arrested in Stabbing Incident

On Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at approximately 11:30 a.m., Cobourg Police Service Officers arrested 20 year old, Julianno Michael PETRELLA and charged him with the following offences:

Aggravated Assault, Contrary to Section 268 of the Criminal Code.
Assault with a Weapon, contrary to Section 267(a) of the Criminal Code.
Julianno PETRELLA was held for a Bail Hearing scheduled for later today.

The Cobourg Police Service would like to thank all Media Outlets for their assistance in this matter and the members of the community who helped with the case.
