Female Arrested for Uttering Threats

On March 8th, 2018, the Cobourg Police commenced an investigation into reports of a threatening.

As a result of the investigation, Police arrested 46 year old Deborah KERR of Cobourg. Deborah KERR was charged with Utter threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm. Deborah KERR was released on a Promise to Appear with a pending court date and an Officer in Charge Undertaking with conditions.
