Cobourg Police – Adult Male Arrested – Assault with a Weapon and Mischief Under $5,000

On the 22nd of February 2019 at approx.3:20 pm, Officers from the Cobourg Police Service responded to a disturbance in progress in the area of King St.E.& Green St.. Upon arrival police spoke with the complainant who informed them of an incident where she was struck with an object after a verbal dispute and then had her car door kicked by the same male.

As a result of the Police investigation, the following male was arrested and charged with Assault with a Weapon as well as Mischief Under 5,000.00: Contrary to the Criminal Code

46 year old, Larry Eskins of Cobourg, Ontario

The accused male was released on a Promise to Appear and an Officer in Charge Undertaking with a court date of April 3rd 2019.
