Cobourg Police – Female Arrested on Outstanding Warrant

On Sunday, February 10th, 2019 at approximately 11:55 hrs. Officers from Cobourg Police Service arrested a female on the strength of an outstanding warrant held by Cobourg Police as well as unrelated Theft charges.

32 year old Cobourg resident, Tiffany Bowen was transported back to the Cobourg Police Station and charged with the following Criminal Code Offences:

1. Fail to Comply with Probation x3 – Contrary to Section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code.
2. Theft and Possession Under $5,000.00 Contrary to Sections 334(b) and 355(b) of the Criminal Code.

Tiffany Bowen was released on a Promise to Appear and O.I.C. undertaking with a court date of March 20th, 2019.
