Members of The Salvation Army held their annual Christmas Lunch at St. Peter’s Anglican Church in Cobourg on Wednesday, December 6, 2018.
Approximately 15 volunteers served up a delicious meal with all the fixings under the leadership of Richard Lean and his wife Edith.
David’s No Frills graciously donated 150 pounds of turkey for the event and there was also approximately 22 pies that were donated.
The annual luncheon has been taking place for approximately 25 years and this year there were approximately 150 people in attendance including special guests that support The Salvation Army throughout the year.
