SURVEY BY REBOUND CHILD & YOUTH SERVICES NORTHUMBERLAND WILL HELP SHAPE THE ORGANIZATION’S DIRECTIONS FOR THE NEXT FIVE YEARS

Cobourg, ON. February 22, 2018: Rebound Child & Youth Services Northumberland has launched a short survey as part of their strategic planning process. As the organization looks toward the next five years, Rebound is looking for input from everyone who is currently connected with the organization, or who has been in the past, to help shape their new strategic directions and inform how they will look in action.
Rebound is asking children, youth and families who have participated in programs and services, community members, partners, staff, volunteers, and Board members to complete the short, anonymous survey before Friday March 9 at noon. The questions are multiple choice and straightforward, asking about your experience with and impression of the organization.
“Many opportunities and challenges are before us,” said Carol Beauchamp, Executive Director of Rebound. “Our board believes it is essential for us reach out and gather input directly from clients, partners and community members in the communities we serve.”
“As we look toward the next five years, a strategic plan that is build on really listening is more important now that ever. How are we doing? What do we do well? What could we be better at? Are there gaps you think we need to fill? Do you need to know more about us, and what we do?”

The survey is found at the following link: http://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ReboundCYS
“We are ready to listen,” assured Beauchamp. “Your input will help shape Rebound’s new strategic directions, and how and why we initiate them.”
