R.O.P.E. Squad – Provincial Offender Arrested in Cobourg

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad would like to advise the public that a Provincial Offender who was wanted on Provincial Warrants held by Essex County OPP, has been apprehended in Cobourg, ON.

FOWLER was located and arrested by the Cobourg Police Service with assistance from the Provincial ROPE Squad.

FOWLER was wanted for the following offences:

  • Sexual Assault on a Person Under 16 years of age
  • Sexual Interference
  • Sexual Exploitation
  • Voyeurism
  • Possession of child pornography
  • Makes, Prints, Publishes or Possess for the Purpose of Publication any Child Pornography
  • Imports, Distributes, Sells or Possess for the Purpose of Distribution or Sale any Child Pornography
  • Fail to Attend Court.

The Provincial R.O.P.E. Squad would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance in this investigation.
