On November 26, 2025, Port Hope Police responded to a shoplifting incident at a local pharmacy.
Officers located the suspect vehicle on Highway 401 and conducted a traffic stop.
Two adult males were arrested.
One was charged with Theft Under $5,000 and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and was held for a bail hearing due to existing court conditions.
The second male was charged with Theft Under $5,000 and released on conditions.
The investigation remains ongoing.
