Video – Vandals Strike Again in Downtown Cobourg

In Police Blotter

For the second time this year, vandalism has been done to a building in downtown Cobourg.

On Monday, November 17, 2025 Today’s Northumberland became aware of vandalism down across from Victoria Hall targeting Cobourg Mayor Lucas Cleveland.

At this point it’s unknown whether Cobourg Police are investigating the incident as there has been no press release.

It appears the suspect/suspects accessed the roof by Covert Street parking lot.

In September 2025, damage was done to the same building.
