Active Living Fair in Cobourg

Over 200 people showed up to the annual Active Living Fair at the Cobourg Community Centre on Friday, October 12, 2018.
The fair is focused on active living for seniors and among the many booths pertaining to different activities were therapy dogs, relaxation zone, encouraging seniors to sign up for rapid notify, estate planning, the Cobourg Library encouraging people to sign up for home delivery service for people who can’t leave their home or would like to help deliver books, and tai chi.
