Total calls for service – Belleville Police responded to 95 calls for service over a 24-hour period beginning at 5:00 am on August 7, 2025 to 5:00 am on August 8, 2025.

Assault
On August 7th at 10:28am, Belleville Police responded to Front St. regarding a report of assault. Upon arrival, officers spoke to a volunteer from the Belleville Police Service Community Policing Office, who reported a female had spit on him. As a result of the investigation, a 37-year-old female of no fixed address, was located, arrested, and charged with:

· Assault

· Failure to comply with probation order X2

· She was held for a bail hearing.
