Northumberland OPP – Stolen Trailer Recovered After Tip

The Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has recovered a stolen travel trailer following a report from a member of the public.

The trailer was reported stolen from a property on 12th Line East on June 29, 2025. It is believed the theft occurred sometime between June 25 at 3:00 p.m. and June 27 at 5:00 p.m.

Thanks to a tip from a member of the public on July 4, 2025, a vehicle matching the description was located on vacant property off Logging Trail Road. Officers attended the location and confirmed it to be the stolen camper trailer. No individuals were found in or around the trailer at the time of recovery.

The OPP appreciates the public’s assistance in helping return the trailer to its rightful owner.
