Durham Regional Police – Port Hope Man One of Three Arrested in Stolen Vehicle (Names Released)

Three parties were arrested in a stolen vehicle in Whitby Wednesday morning.

On Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at approximately 8:20 a.m., members of Central West Division responded to the area of Stellar Drive and Thickson Road South for a stolen vehicle mapping in the area.

Officers located the vehicle and attempted a traffic stop, when the suspect vehicle fled. The vehicle was located a short distance away and three parties arrested without incident.

Taylor ROBERT, age 37, of Keene, is charged with multiple offences, including: Flight from Police; Dangerous Operation; Operation while Prohibited x3; Possession of Property Obtained by Crime – Exceeding $5000 and Breach of Probation x2.
He was held for a bail hearing.

Meaghan PERRITT, age 36, of Harcourt, is charged with: Possession of Property Obtained by Crime – Exceeding $5000; Possession of Property Obtained by Crime – Under $5000 and Theft Under $5000.
She was released on an Undertaking.

William REARDON, age 42, of Port Hope, is charged with: Breach of Probation; Possession of Property Obtained by Crime – Exceeding $5000; Possession of Property Obtained by Crime – Under $5000 x2 and Theft Under $5000.
He was released on an Undertaking.
