Blue Dot is a movement is in support of the right to a healthy environment–clean air and water, safe food, a stable climate. Communities, like Cobourg, are calling for action from all levels of government with the next step is to have our federal decision-makers follow suit and enshrine the right to a healthy environment in federal law.
