Belleville Police – Belleville Woman Charged with Impaired (Name Released)

On the 22nd of May 2025, at 8:30pm, a concerned motorist contacted police regarding a possible impaired driver.

Officers attended the area and located the suspected motor vehicle in the city’s south end.

Through investigation, the female driver was exhibiting signs of impairment due to the consumption of alcohol and was placed on a roadside screening device where she registered a fail.

The female driver, 32-year-old Alexandria Parkinson of Belleville was arrested for operation while over 80.

Parkinson was transported to the Belleville Police Service for further testing where she provided samples nearing four times the legal limit.

Parkinson was released from custody with a court date in June, her license was suspended for 90 days.
