Belleville Police – Warm Weather Leads to Inappropriate “Activity”

In Police Blotter

On the 3rd of April at 6:05pm, the Belleville Police Service were dispatched to South John Street for a report of several people standing and watching an adult male and female engaging in sexual intercourse in public.

When police arrived, they recognized a female that was present in the group.

The group began to quickly disperse attempting to evade police.

Police stopped one of the males and learned that he was on conditions not to be around the female that police recognized.

As a result, police arrested and charged the male with breach of probation.

The 28-year-old Belleville man was held for a bail hearing.
