Emergency Cobourg Council Meeting Called for December 13, 2024 at 10 a.m.

The Town of Cobourg Legislative Services Division would like to inform all residents that an Emergency Meeting of Council will take place on Friday, December 13, 2024, at 10 a.m.

The meeting is being held to consider the following item:

• In accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, Council will meet in Closed Session regarding advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose (s. 239 (2) (f)).

Please be advised that pursuant to section 5.7 of the Town of Cobourg Procedural By-law an Emergency Meeting has been called for the purposes of part of the meeting being held in Closed Session. The Public will see a Closed Session screen on the livestream of the Emergency Meeting indicating Council is in Closed Session.
