Northumberland OPP Looking for Assistance in Theft Investigation

Members of the Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are asking for the public’s assistance regarding an incident of theft on September 10, 2024.

The victim reported the theft of a purse containing Canadian currency while in a commercial premises on Elizabeth Street in Brighton.

The OPP are looking to identify two females who are sought in connection to the incident and are releasing images of the individuals.

This investigation is ongoing. If you or anyone you know are aware of the identity of these individuals or have any further information about th is incident, please contact the Brighton Detachment at 613-475-1313 or the non-emergency line at 1-888-310-1122. Ref. Occurrence E241215578.
