Cobourg Police – Grafton Man Charged with Assault with a Weapon and Possession of Weapon (Name Released)

A 36-year-old Grafton man is facing charges after police investigate a report of assault.

On Friday, September 6, 2024, a male attended the Cobourg Police Service to turn himself in on an outstanding warrant. The warrant stemmed from an assault investigation where the suspect assaulted the victim with a baton.

As a result, Justin Huffman (36) of Grafton man was arrested and charged with Assault with a weapon and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.

The accused was released on an undertaking with a court date of October 2, 2024.
